3. The third way of applying eye liner requires the hand to be steady. This step will help in the person having eyes that are really wider. The steps are:

a. The application of the eyeliner should begin on a bare eye. It should not have eye shadows or mascara applied to it.
b. The eye liner should be applied to the upper lashes first. The eye liner should be applied in a dot fashion so that the result is not a line. But it will give a fell as if the eye lashes have become very thick from their roots.
c. Now you can apply the mascara.
