Where can I find a foundation stipling brush or foundationd kabuki brush?
I have a foundation brush that is from elf it is standard and flat and applys way to much foundation. I use revelon photo ready liquid foundation. I want to find one they sell in drug stores or target. I havent been able to find any I dont want to buy it online. I have tryed using cosmetic wedges but those dont work good. Please help. The good makeup brush brands I know are sonia kashuk , essence of beauty and eco tools. '20 dollars and under please'

How do I get rid of acne scars?
I use elf cosmetics zit zapper and it helps to take away any breakouts but I have scars from pimples from the past and they are dark and nasty. I want my skin to look and feel healthy and smooth. I don't want anything that has to do with surgery or lasers or anything that cost too much. Please help
